- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just had to take the morning off work, losing me £70, to visit this practice in person to pick up a couple of forms. They absolutely refused to post them out to me. I asked them on the phone last week, and then today in person I asked for an explanation as to why I had to pick the forms up in person. "It's just easier", was the answer. Easier for them.
